Refund policy

At NatureWell, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our products are dietary supplements, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method. If an order qualifies for a resolution, it will be issued as store credit only.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or fulfilled. Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on supplements, opened products, used products, or products with broken seals.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit.

Subscription Policy

NatureWell subscription orders are offered at a discounted price in exchange for a minimum commitment.

By choosing the subscription option, you agree to a 4-order minimum commitment before the subscription can be fully canceled.

You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal after your 4 paid subscription orders have been completed. If you request cancellation before completing the 4-order minimum, your cancellation will be scheduled to take effect after the 4th paid order.

After the 4-order minimum has been completed, you may cancel your subscription before your next renewal charge.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or charged cannot be refunded or canceled retroactively.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card or discount code and can be used toward future purchases at NatureWell.

Store credit cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or refunded back to the original payment method.

Final Sale

All supplement purchases are final sale. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Subscribe & Save Terms
By selecting Subscribe & Save, you agree to a discounted subscription with a 4-order minimum commitment. You may cancel auto-renewal after 4 paid orders. If canceled before then, cancellation takes effect after the 4th paid order.
